The issue in this workers' compensation case is the extent of permanent partial disability sustained by claimant as a result of a compensable industrial injury to his neck on June 16, 1975. In a series of three determination orders, claimant was awarded 20 percent of the maximum allowable permanent partial disability, in addition to temporary total disability.
