BUTTLER, Presiding Judge.
Defendant appeals his convictions on two counts of robbery in the first degree. He assigns as error the denial of his motion to suppress evidence seized following the unlawful stop of a van in which he was a passenger, and the court's failure to merge the two robbery counts for both sentencing and conviction purposes. Because we agree with defendant's first contention, we reverse and need not consider the second.
