This matter came on for consideration of the Federal defendants' motion to dismiss (doc. 10), plaintiff's response (doc. 11), and the Federal defendants' reply (doc. 12). In this case plaintiff, a former Postal Service employee, sued the United States Postal Service, several of its employees and his Union. The original complaint stated no jurisdictional basis and, upon motion of the Federal defendants (doc. 4), the complaint was dismissed...
