This action arises from a motorcycle and automobile accident which occurred on September 23, 1979 involving plaintiff, Paul D. Guenveur, and an uninsured motorist, Copes. Plaintiff, a Delaware resident, was a passenger on a motorcycle operated by Joseph Gallucio.
