This purported contested matter, commenced by the Chapter 11 Debtors' creditors' committee, seeks inter alia, a declaration that the Agreement of Lease dated March 3, 1982 between F & A Land Corp. ("Landlord") and Shawmut Holding Corp. ("Shawmut"), allegedly a related corporation of the Debtors, be deemed a lease of the Debtors.1
