Defendant was convicted under § 30-19-3B and C, N.M.S.A. 1978, of commercial gambling. He contends on appeal that transcripts of taped telephone conversations were admitted without proper foundation; that evidence of an incorrect translation of one of the tapes by a State's witness was improperly withheld from the jury; and that the court imposed a sentence not authorized by § 31-20-6, N.M.S.A. 1978.
