Georgetown Associates ("Georgetown") sues Cherokee Insurance Co. ("Cherokee") and Nordstrom Agency of Illinois, Inc. ("Nordstrom"), claiming Cherokee breached its contract of insurance by refusing to pay for loss sustained when Georgetown's outdoor swimming pool unexpectedly popped out of the ground.
