This case is submitted to the Court for decision following a non-jury trial. Plaintiff seeks damages in the total amount of $67,765.58, plus prejudgment and post-judgment interest. Its claim is that its Barge IOT 158 was damaged because of the defendants' negligence in loading the cargo of petroleum products on February 6, 1980 while the barge was in the sole custody and control of the defendants...
