GONZALEZ, Associate Justice.

This is an appeal from a conviction for unlawful possession of marijuana. Trial was before the court and the punishment was imprisonment for five (5) years and a fine of Twenty-Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00).

Appellant alleges that the court erred in overruling his motion to dismiss the indictment based on the Speedy Trial Act and he also challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to corroborate the testimony...
