RAPER, Justice.

From the judgment of the district court awarding appellees (owners) $31,504.00 in a condemnation suit initiated by appellant (State), this appeal has been processed. The pivotal issue in this case concerns alternative instructions submitted to court-appointed appraisers. The question is, which, if either, is correct?

We will reverse and remand with directions to vacate the judgment, appoint new appraisers...
