This is a diversity medical malpractice action brought against several Pennsylvania physicians and a Pennsylvania Hospital. Although Plaintiff resided in Arizona at the time of the institution of suit she formerly resided in Pennsylvania at the time the alleged improper medical treatment was rendered.
