PAUL PRESSLER, Justice.

Charged by information with promoting obscenity, the appellant entered a plea of not guilty. In a trial before the court, appellant was found guilty and assessed a fine of $500.00 as punishment.

By his first ground of error, appellant alleges that the trial court erred in denying appellant's motion to quash the information as vague, indefinite and uncertain, and in violation of due process because the word "sodomy" used in the information...
