Plaintiff, Sylvia M. Slusher, brings this suit against her former employer, Hercules, Incorporated, alleging that Hercules violated the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (ADEA), by forcing her to retire pursuant to the defendant's disability provision of its pension plan.
