In the present case the circuit judge upheld administrative law judge Charles Jones in an action brought pursuant to the Social Welfare Act, § 37, 1939 PA 280; MCL 400.37; MSA 16.437, and the Administrative Procedures Act, ch 6, 1969 PA 306; MCL 24.201 et seq.; MSA 3.560(101) et seq.
