The plaintiffs, members of the school committee in Stoughton, Massachusetts, seek judicial review of an order by the Massachusetts Bureau of Special Education Appeals (BSEA) requiring them to pay for the day portion of the private school education of Scott B. for the period November, 1979 to April, 1980.
