The government brought this action against Hershel Krasnow to collect unpaid assessed taxes owing for the taxable years 1969 and 1972, as well as accrued interest and statutory additions. Under a stipulation and partial consent order, Krasnow conceded his liability for the assessed taxes and his failure to make timely payments upon notice and demand.
