Appellant, Thomas Jefferson Insurance Company, appeals a decision by the Circuit Court of Jefferson County which ruled that the appellees, Bobby Moten and his wife, Pearl Scaife Moten, were entitled to recover from the appellant for the loss of their furniture plus attorney fees and costs. We affirm in part and reverse in part.
