BACKGROUND

Plaintiff has prevailed in her 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claim against her former employer, the Kadoka School District, after a five day jury trial. Plaintiff's attorneys have now filed an affidavit with this Court requesting that defendants pay reasonable attorneys' fees pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1988.
