In case No. 38034 Henry Arthur Drake appeals from the denial of his extraordinary motion for new trial based on newly discovered evidence.

Drake was convicted of the armed robbery and murder of a Madison County barber. He was sentenced to death for the murder and life imprisonment for the armed robbery. We affirmed his convictions on appeal. Drake v. State, 241 Ga. 583
