Convicted by a jury of two counts of first degree robbery, violations of § 569.020 RSMo. 1978 and sentenced to consecutive terms of seventeen years and fifteen years with the Department of Corrections as a persistent offender, defendant appeals. Finding no merit to his two alleged points of trial court error, we affirm his convictions.
