This is an action brought pursuant to the provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq., to recover unpaid overtime compensation allegedly due the plaintiff for hours worked in excess of 40 hours per week for the period beginning September 23, 1978, and ending May 8, 1980. Plaintiff seeks $19,330.91 in unpaid overtime compensation...
