Plaintiff Concord Laboratories, Inc. is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in New Hampshire. Plaintiff was founded in 1971, and has sold health care products in substantial volume to hospitals and clinics throughout the country, and in particular in the Chicago area, since early 1972, bearing the trademark "Concord."
