I FACTS

This is a diversity action brought by thirty-eight former salaried employees of the Scott Paper Co. Prior to 1978, plaintiffs were employed at a paper mill located in Detroit, and owned by defendant. On February 22, 1980, however, defendant sold the paper mill to Port Huron Paper Co. Subsequently, defendants were hired to resume their jobs...
