Following a court trial in this case appellants, Lake Otis Clinic, Inc., a non-profit corporation [LOC] and its founder and president, Michael F. Beirne, M.D. were ordered to repay to the State of Alaska the entire amount of a $312,500 grant received by LOC under AS 43.18.010(j),1 plus interest, costs, and attorneys fees. They...
