By this appeal we are asked to decide whether the discharge of an employee by the Arkansas Livestock and Poultry Commission is subject to review under the Administrative Procedure Act. The circuit court held it to be an adjudication and, hence, covered by the act. On appeal we reverse, holding the discharge of an employee to be an administrative decision and the circuit court is without jurisdiction to review...
