Samuel Brullo (Claimant) appeals here from an order of the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review (Board) which affirmed a referee's denial of benefits pursuant to Sections 402(a) and 401(d) of the Unemployment Compensation Law (Law)1. We affirm.
