In our opinion of December 8, 1980, we affirmed the order of the trial court. On petition for rehearing we reverse and remand. Inasmuch as the December 8, 1980, opinion has been published, we will restate the facts.

This appeal is from an order of the Pope County Probate Court allowing the appellee (widow) to take against the will of decedent, Carl J. Stokes. Appellants argue that several Arkansas statutes and a part of the Arkansas Constitution...
