This dispute calls upon the Court to consider the impact of the Bankruptcy Code, 11 U.S.C. §§ 101-151326, on interests in property held as tenants by the entireties where only one spouse has filed for bankruptcy. Specifically, the case at bar presents the questions of whether a debtor may claim entireties property as exempt and, if so, whether the debtor may avoid a judicial lien on the entireties...
