"... did receive, retain, or dispose of stolen property, to-wit: one Browning .12 gauge automatic shotgun, a better description of which is unknown to the Grand Jury, of the value of $550.00, the property of J. Doyle Fuller, knowing that it was stolen or having reasonable grounds...
