This is an appeal from an order granting the motions for summary judgment of appellees Mobile Home Brokers, Inc., d/b/a Crestview Mobile Housing and Foremost Insurance Company.1 Appellants' mobile home allegedly sustained water damages from leaky plumbing while they were away on vacation.
