In this diversity action, plaintiff Tayseer D. Kitmitto (Kitmitto), alleges that defendant, First Pennsylvania Bank, N.A. (Bank), wrongfully sold certain United Parcel Securities pledged by Kitmitto as collateral for a loan made to a third party, Roy Hebebrand.
