This proceeding involves a complaint filed by the plaintiff, Lillian Williams, to determine the dischargeability of debt under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(2). Taylor, falsely and fraudulently represented to Mrs. Williams (the creditor) that he would assign his right, title and interest in a contract to purchase real estate at 317 Crittenden...
