FACTS

On December 10, 1979 the debtor, Carolyn Holt, filed a petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. A complaint was filed by the debtor on October 6, 1980 under 11 U.S.C. § 522(f) to avoid a judgment lien against real property of the debtor located at 338 Enright Court, Pittsburgh, PA 15206.
