Appellant, Robert Ronald Rasmussen, represented by appointed counsel, pleaded guilty to a single count of knowingly and willfully transporting stolen property, a Peterbilt tractor, in interstate commerce in violation of 18 U.S.C.A. § 2314 (1970). Prior to sentencing, Rasmussen filed a motion to withdraw his guilty plea pursuant to Fed.R.Crim.P. 32(d). The district court denied Rasmussen's motion. Finding no abuse of discretion...
