This is a suit to enforce a property settlement agreement. The parties were divorced in 1975 in the Court of Domestic Relations Number Four of Harris County, Texas. Judgment was pronounced from the bench on February 4, 1975. An instrument entitled Property Settlement Agreement was signed by the parties on April 8, 1975.
