Defendant appeals as of right his November 28, 1979, bench trial convictions of kidnapping and first-degree criminal sexual conduct. MCL 750.349; MSA 28.581, MCL 750.520b; MSA 28.788(2). On January 7, 1980, he was sentenced to concurrent terms of 25 to 50 years imprisonment for each conviction.
