This case began October 5, 1979, with the filing of an involuntary petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 19781 against First Financial Group of Texas, Inc. ("Debtor"). The Debtor filed a Motion to Dismiss which was denied and an order for relief entered. The Debtor appealed but the Court, ruling that a denial of dismissal of an involuntary filing was interlocutory...
