Plaintiff Virginia Thurber brought this action against Jack Reilly's Inc., (hereafter Jack's) alleging discrimination against her on the basis of gender, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., and under the Massachusetts antidiscrimination statute, M.G.L. c. 151B.
