NANGLE, District Judge.
This case is now before the Court for decision upon the merits. Plaintiff brought this suit pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., claiming that defendant's decision not to hire her was due to her sex.
