This is an action wherein Plaintiffs are seeking damages for Defendant's failure to diligently market the natural gas produced from certain gas wells located on property in which Plaintiffs own a mineral interest. Plaintiffs assert that Defendant was dilatory in renegotiating certain expired gas purchase contracts. Plaintiffs also contend that Defendant paid royalties...
