Plaintiffs/appellees/cross appellants [hereinafter appellees] Robert and Ida Seekings sued defendants/appellants/cross appellees [hereinafter appellants]. They alleged breach of contract, breach of express warranty, breach of implied warranty, fraud, and consumer fraud.
