This is a suit brought by Ford Motor Credit Company (Ford Credit), plaintiff-appellee, against Paul and Doris Breaux, defendants-appellants, to enforce a chattel mortgage via ordinaria and for a writ of sequestration. The Breauxs reconvened against Ford Credit, and brought third party actions against Ford Life Insurance Company (Ford Life), appellee, and Ford Motor Company.
