Four issues raised on appeal are (1) denial of the child's motion to strike the State's request to transfer the cause from Children's Court to District Court because of delay between the time of filing the petition and the motion to transfer; (2) compelling the child to undergo a psychological examination and (3) allowing the psychologist to testify regarding his evaluation of the child...
