Appellant Chester Warren was convicted of terroristic threatening, a class D felony. The facts are basically undisputed. Troyce Jones, a county employee, and Billy Workman a passenger, were in the process of grading a road in Yell County, when the appellant came out of some adjoining woods armed with a rifle.
