Plaintiff Joseph Jones seeks to appeal a decision issued by this Court that granted summary judgment to the defendants. That decision was issued on December 23, 1980 and the judgment was entered on December 31st. Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure ("Rule") 4(a) requires that a notice of appeal be filed within 30 days after the entry of judgment.
