WILES, Judge:

Respondent determined deficiencies in petitioner's 1975 and 1976 Federal income taxes of $4,473 and $3,599.75, respectively. After concessions, the sole issue for decision is whether petitioner is entitled to deductions for alimony and other miscellaneous expenses in excess of the amounts allowed by respondent.
