The debtor, defendant Producers Energy Corporation, was engaged in coal mining operations on the property of plaintiffs Roy and Betty Dixon under a mining lease. On December 17, 1979, the Dixons by adversary proceeding and complaint asserted ownership over all machinery and tools used in Producers' mining operation.
