In this case the plaintiffs, citizens and residents of California, and the daughters of decedent, C. C. Davis, filed suit against Merchants National Bank of Fort Smith, Arkansas, Trustee of an inter vivos trust created by decedent, and First National Bank of Fort Smith, Arkansas, guardian of the estate of Alline B. Davis, an incompetent and widow of C. C. Davis. The complaint alleges that both of the banks are citizens...
