Defendant assigns as error the denial of his motion to dismiss on the ground that this charge (79CRS13164) relating to acts transpiring on 25 September 1978 was not joined for trial with the charges relating to acts transpiring on 21 September 1978 (79CRS13162 and 79CRS13163), and resulting in charges of possession with intent to sell heroin, sale of heroin, and conspiracy to sell heroin.
