This is an appeal from a judgment in the Circuit Court of Calhoun County granting the plaintiffs' motion for new trial.

On September 17, 1979, plaintiff Otis Warren and defendant Elizabeth Freeman were involved in a two-car wreck in Anniston, Alabama.
